The New World School of the Arts Alumni Foundation (the “Foundation”, “we”, or “us”) wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you. This Privacy Policy applies to the Foundation website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Information

The Foundation collects the following types of information from and about you:

Information you provide when you create an account, contact, or profile with us, which may include your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number.

Comments, content, or other information you provide in connection with public forums, news, archives, events, galleries, or similar domains on the Site. Such information is always public and maybe viewed, collected, and/or used by anyone.

Location information when you visit our Site, including location information provided by a mobile device interacting with our Site.

  • to deliver various services to the alumni of the New World School of the Arts (the “School”);

We may share your information with the School.

The Foundation may share your information with trusted third-party vendors, including those that help us perform operations such as statistical analyses, sending you email or postal mail, providing customer support, and/or arranging for deliveries.
